Who We Are
United by a shared purpose to prevent melanoma, two Canadian charities, the David Cornfield Melanoma Fund and the Douglas Wright Foundation joined forces to create #newfamilyrule.

The Douglas Wright Foundation is devoted to fighting melanoma in Canada by increasing awareness, educating the public about early detection and preventative measures, and fostering partnerships between like-minded organizations. The Douglas Wright Foundation was formed in memory of Douglas Wright who tragically passed away from melanoma in 2011 at the age of 29. Doug was an energetic and positive person who invigorated the lives of his friends, family, and his community.
